PARTS INCLUDED FOR ASSEMBLY (parts ar e not to scale):

3 Decorative Arm (#6)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Shut o ff power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box, if necessary remove old fixture

and all mounting hardware from outlet box.

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area, Take care

not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

3. Assemble the Glass Diffuser (#4) to the Bracket (#3) using the Short Knurled Ball Nut

w/ plastic wahser (#31).

4. Attach the Center Column Upper/Middle/Lower (#8, #9, #10) and Top Housing (#2)

to the Bracket Assembly (#3), secure Fixture Loop (#1) to nipple on top of the Top

Housing (#2), pull the fixture wires until taut.

5. Assemble the Decorative Arm (#6) to the Top Housing (#2) and Bracket (#3), fasten

the Arm (#6) to the top housing (#2) with Short Knurled Ball Nut (#32) and to the

Bracket (#3) with Long Knurled Ball Nut (#5).

6. Attach Pipe (#7) to the Socket Cluster (#29) and then thread Hex Nut (#12), attached

Metal Washer (#13) and Plastic Washer (#14) onto the bottom end of Pipe (#7). The

Hex Nut (#12), Metal Washer (#13) and Plastic Washer (#14) will allow you to adjust

the height if the Glass Shade.

3 Long Knurled Ball Nut (#5)

1 Pipe (#7)

2 Glass Diffuser (#4)

1 Cap (#15)

Finial (#16)

2 Plastic Washer (#14)

2 Hex Nut (#12)

8. Slide the Glass Shade (#11) upwards over Pipe (#7). While holding the Glass Shade,

slide Plastic Washer (#14), Metal Washer (#13), Hex Nut (#12) and Cap (#15) over the

Pipe (#7), and secure with Finial (#16).

7. Install the proper Light bulb (not included) in accordance with the fixture’s specification.

(DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING).
